We’ll work together using the most advanced, proven peak performance practices to help you control your emotional and physiological response to stress. You will breakthrough potentially limiting subconscious core beliefs (i.e. “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not safe,” “I don’t fit in.”) and learn to quiet the mind to sustain focus.
We will also address traditional mental toughness areas including imagery/visualization, goal setting, self-talk, pre-performance preparation, and motivation.
